Shipping and returns

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery usually takes place within 2 - 5 working days.

Shipping is free in Italy for purchases over €200. For purchases under €200, a €8 courier fee will be charged.

Shipping is free outside Italy for purchases over €200. For purchases under €200, a €15 courier fee will be charged.

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it by writing to customer service at  info@modulaneutroplurale.it 

Please note that delivery times are indicative and that shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

If you have chosen a payment method that requires verification times (e.g., bank transfer), your order will be shipped after payment confirmation.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 10 days of delivery.

Please try on your purchased items carefully, without removing tags, accessories, or labels; we will not be able to accept returns of products that do not meet these conditions.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer.

The tracking number must then be sent via email to  info@modulaneutroplurale.it 

Once the package with the returned item has been received, the customer can decide whether to request a replacement or a refund.

If the Customer chooses to replace the item, the new choice must be communicated via email to  info@modulaneutroplurale.it
